Step 1: You set an appointment with us to tell us what you’re looking for
Maybe you’re interested in one of our lots or maybe nowhere has what you’re looking for. If one’s caught your eye, schedule an appointment with us so you can ask any questions you have on the property and so we can go over the specifics of making an offer.
If you’re having trouble finding a property that you love, reach out to us anyways! At Easy Acres, we pride ourselves on our systems and technology that allow us to find land that isn’t available to the public yet. We can put you on our buyers list and email you information on any new properties we find. You could be one of the first to know!
Step 2: We find the perfect property for you
Congratulations! We’ve found you a match. At this point, we’ll send over all the information regarding the property. This will allow you to do any due diligence ahead of finalizing the deal.
Along with that, we’ll also give you the opportunity to tour the property. Some lots have convenient road access while others can be a bit tougher to get to. No matter what though, we’ll make sure you get the opportunity to see the property in person before buying.
Step 3: We finalize the offer on your property
Now that everything is checked out, we’ll draft a formal contract to convey the title of the property to you.
With some transactions, we go through a settlement company. More often than not though we’ll often forego a settlement company to save you money. Most land transactions aren’t too complicated, but when they are we’ll utilize a settlement company to help us out.
Step 4: You get the land you always wanted!
We’ve made it! Now that we’ve handed the title over, you are the official owner of the property. Congratulations!
At this point, we go our separate ways since we aren’t the ones who will build a home on your property. That said, if you’re new to the area and would like recommendations on who to work with, don’t hesitate to ask. We’ve been working in the area for over 20 years and have an extensive list of trustworthy builders and tradesmen to help you out.
