Why did you make an offer for my property at this price?

Our offers aren’t random, but instead based on industry standards and our experience. Before we can do anything with your property, we’ll need to review it for necessary upgrades such as utilities, road access, building/ environmental codes, etc. There is a significant investment in time and financial resources with this process and our offer takes all these added expenses into account.

What are the benefits of selling to you rather than doing it myself?

The biggest benefit? The ease of the transaction. If you wanted (and have the experience) you could make the same upgrades to your property and then sell it yourself. There’s no secret sauce to our process - we just know how to avoid common “landmines” that come up throughout the process and put in the necessary elbow grease.

The people who work with us choose to because it gives them the maximum amount of money for their property with the least amount of effort. Rather than struggling to develop the land themselves and pay a realtor to sell it, our clients instead opt to take money up front and let us handle the rest.

We’ve created a simple, straightforward process with easy to digest contracts so that you don’t have to. That said, we always encourage you to hire a professional, whether it’s a realtor or attorney, to make you feel like you’re making the best decisions.
