As the owner of a local Landscape Architecture firm in the Northern Shenandoah Valley, Joe has spent his career helping people evaluate and develop properties to meet their maximum potential. He has a passion for residential work – He loves helping people find and develop properties that work for them, whether it's for a dream home or a simple place to get away.
He brings a creative yet realistic perspective to all properties that he works with. His experience in project management includes property analysis/valuation, initial conceptual design and final design with specifications. In short, he knows when a property will work for someone and when it won’t.
Joe has also mastered the inner workings and legalities of land development. As a member of the Town of Front Royal’s planning commission for twelve years and chairman of that body for one year, Joe has gained a lifetime of experience developing his community. During his tenure, he participated in the creation of the Town Master Plan, transportation plan, numerous subdivision layouts, commercial and residential site plans, and municipal projects, along with adoption of numerous ordinances and amendments.

Matthew Duggan | Director of Operations
Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Matthew strives to build companies that give back to the community.
Matthew discovered his passion for land during his time as Director of Operations of a family owned real estate team specializing in new home construction in McLean and Arlington. Tasked with identifying and acquiring land, communicating with builders, marketing the properties and managing them through closing, Matthew has honed all the necessary skills to help people not only plan their dream home, but find it.
After a few years, Matthew changed course and leveraged his real estate experience into his passion of developing local companies. Over the past 2 years, Matthew has helped dozens of small business owners elevate from being solo entrepreneurs to owners with a team. This experience included everything from top down budgeting, recruitment and training, creating and implementing systems, and marketing everywhere from mailers to social media.
As Director of Operations for Easy Acres, Matthew views this as a chance to invite you to our community and give back to his hometown.
